Greetings, honorable chairs, fellow delegates, and most esteemed guests,
Welcome to the Taiwan Model United Nations annual conference held by the American School in Taichung. My name is Johnathan Lee, a senior at AST, and it is my honor to serve as your Technology Head of Innovation and Research this year. The Tech team has been working extra hard to make sure you can have a memorable experience at TAIMUN XXII.
This is my forth year attending the TAIMUN event, and it’s my third year to work as a part of the Tech team. This is my second year serving as the leader of the team and I believe that with the assistance of my deputy, Angela Cheng, we can make sure everyone has their best time here.
Hope you enjoy your time, I’m looking forward to see you guys at the conference and having a wonderful experience.
I hope TAIMUN XXII will be an enjoyable and unforgettable MUN conference for you all.

Welcome to Taiwan Model United Nations XXII held at American School in Taichung. My name is Angela Cheng, a junior at AST. This is my second year working as part of the TAIMUN Technology Team of Innovation and Research and I am honored to serve as your deputy this year. Over the years, we had awed participants with our conference qualities, considerate staff, and lively debates, thanks to the collaboration between our teams.
I am more than delighted to be working with my technology head, Johnathan Lee, as well as the team to assist in enhancing your TAIMUN experience. During the conferences, the tech team will be responsible for looking after the facilities and resolving any technological concerns to ensure that the event runs adequately.
Last but not least, I look forward to meeting you all and I hope you guys find your time at TAIMUN XXII to be vibrant and memorable!
